1. Veterinary services

All diagnosis and treatment is carried out by registered veterinary practitioners. Information on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for a consultation. If your pet is unwell, please contact the clinic.

2. Appointments

  • Requests sent through the Contact Us form are not confirmed until our team contacts you.
  • Please arrive a few minutes early and keep dogs on a leash and cats/small pets in carriers.
  • Late arrivals may be asked to wait or reschedule so that other patients are not delayed.

3. Consent to treatment

Before any procedure we will explain the recommended treatment, its risks and an estimate of cost. Written consent is required for surgery, anaesthesia and hospitalisation. In a life-threatening emergency where you cannot be reached, we will act in the best interest of your pet.

4. Fees and payment

  • Estimates are given in good faith but the final invoice may vary if your pet's condition changes.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Applicable taxes (including GST) are shown on the invoice.

5. Medical records

Clinical records remain the property of the clinic. Copies or summaries will be provided on request for referrals, insurance or travel documentation.

6. Pets left in our care

Pets left with us must be up to date on vaccinations. You agree to collect your pet on the agreed date; pets not collected within seven days of the agreed date without contact may be treated as abandoned in line with applicable law.
